The Current Opportunity

Our team’s analysis of market data confirms that the supply of Class B and C apartments will continue to diminish as demand continues to grow.

The destruction of these units to build Class A apartments combined with strong population growth leaves existing, often long-term tenants, with fewer rental options. With the supply reduced, vacancy rates are reaching historic lows and demographic shifts in the South lead to continued demand.
